Hi, I'm Gemma

I'm a personal trainer who believes that losing weight doesn't have to be boring and exercising doesn't have to take up all of your time. I believe that fitness should fit around your life — not the other way around! I have struggled so much with dieting in the past and I want to help women not go through the same issues that I did! My plans are something that I wish I had when I was struggling with my weight and they are the exact plans & recipes that helped me lose 5 stone!

Whether you're brand new to lifting or have a specific goal, I'll build you a plan that actually works for you, your schedule and your life whilst making it enjoyable at the same time — that's what Gemma B Coaching is all about! Quick questions

I'm a complete beginner — which plan should I pick?
The Gym Beginner 3 Day or the Gym + Home Beginner are both built specifically for beginners. We'll focus on form, confidence, and slowly building up. If you're not sure, message me and I'll help you decide!
What's the deal with the meal plans?
Once you've signed up, I'll send you an exclusive discount code for my meal plan website at bites.theclubb.co — bringing it down to just £2/month (instead of £4.97). Recipes, meal ideas, shopping lists and planning tools to help you fuel your training whilst enjoying food at the same time!
What's the Les Mills option?
Les Mills is a great way to mix in cardio and class-style workouts alongside your strength training. You've probably heard of them before — body pump, bodycombat, body balance, you name it and they've got it! You can either add it on to any plan above, or do Les Mills on its own if classes are more your thing!
What equipment do I need?
It depends on the plan. The Home Workouts use dumbbells and things you can find in your house like a sofa or bench, the Dumbbell Only plan needs (you guessed it) dumbbells, and the gym plans assume access to a normal commercial gym. The hybrid plans flex between both.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — life changes and so do your goals. You can switch plans whenever you like, just message me on Instagram or the email in your welcome message and we'll sort it!
How does the coaching app work?
All my plans run through Trainerize. You'll get your full programme, video demos, and progress tracking — all in one easy app on your phone. You'll also be added to the group chat with the other women training with me!
What if I need to cancel?
No long contracts, you can cancel anytime — all you need to do is email and I can sort the rest, hopefully you won't want to though!
